Hi,
We're looking to make a form that we will send to our clients twice a year to make sure all the info is correct, and to allow them to make any updates necessary.
I found on this article that you can make it so the user who filled out the form receives an email with a link where they can edit their submissions : https://www.jotform.com/help/40-how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date/
How do we (the form creators), acquire that same link, so we can resend it to the client in case they want to update their submissions in a year for example?
Thanks,
Morgan

Hi Morgan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The edit submission URL has the following structure:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/{submission ID}
You just need the URL (https://www.jotform.com/edit/) and the specific submission ID. When a form filler submits your form, their entry is assigned to a unique number called submission ID. Here's how to view your forms' submission IDs:- Go to My Forms page and choose a form.
- Click the Submissions button at the top to open Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, click Columns in the upper-right corner.
- Select Submission ID in the Show/Hide Columns dialog.
- Close the Show/Hide Columns dialog, then look for the Submission ID column in your table.
So for example, if the submission ID is 1234567890. Then, the edit link for that submission should be:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/1234567890
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Morgan,
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here.
