Monday integration is not working.

My file integration to Jotform is not working. Please help.

Also, can you send us the link to your form for us to investigate it? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. People submit files to my jotform, and I have an integration with Monday to send over the responses. Everything gets sent with the exception of submitted files, we then have to manually move files and it's becoming the most burdensome part of the process.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

I suggest removing the Monday integration temporarily and then re-adding it to address the issue. Let me show you how:

1. Start by Removing the Monday.com Integration.
2. Once done, go to Form Builder page, select Settings located at the top orange menu bar.
3. Navigate to the left, select Integration then search for Monday.com and select it.
4. Select Next, and enter your Monday.com account or API key.
5. Lastly, create your desired Team project boards and hit on Save.

Thank you! The issue is only with the transfer of files, not text responses.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that this is happening. Please note that uploaded files are stored on Jotform servers. While you can connect the File Upload field from Jotform to Monday.com, only the Jotform download link for attachments will be transferred to your Monday.com dashboard. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
