    Hi there.

I was wondering which account the Jotform below is created in and how it can be accessed to make changes and edit the form. The email which was used to set it up has been forgotten. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I managed to locate the account associated with this form, and the email linked to it is: f**h**z@g**il.c*m. If you're unable to access the account, you have the choice to duplicate the URL and generate a copy of it. Cloning your forms via a form URL is a straightforward process. Allow me to guide you through it:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.
    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form
    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage
    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Unfortunately, we can't provide the results of the form that is to protect our user's information. Only the form owner can access form submissions following our Terms of Use. If you're having issue logging in using the email address, you can try logging in using the username instead, which is fathedz. In case you've forgotten the password, you can reset your password on Jotform main page. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Jotform main page, click on Login on the upper right side of the page.
