    Hi

I have created a Jot Form and tested it by submitting some raw data. However when I receive it, it does not show all the fields.

Could you please advise what is the reason for that?

Please see attached. There is another dropdown field by the name of 'Job Title' which was selected at the time of submission and when I received the submitted form, this field is missing.

    Regards

    Nikki

    Hi
Thank you for your response. I need further assistance. Could you advise
    following:
The layout of the form that I create is different whereas when it is
submitted and received, its layout is different with no logo. Please see

    Hi Rajvinder,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. These are not the filled forms that you receive via email, but are they are in actual and email that contains the data from the filled form fields. You can try attaching your submissions as a PDF with this notification email, and can design that PDF to make it look like a form. Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Here is a guide you can check on : how to Edit the attached PDF

Thanks for your response. Also, Is it possible to see hidden fields in Submitted(received) form. Please check my form

    https://form.jotform.com/241267623550050

I have added 'Job Title' which is a drop down field. When any option is chosen in it, a specific Image appears below it. I have added this under Conditional Logic(If Else) under Settings so the hidden images can appear.

Is it possible to see these hidden image in the submitted form as well?

This is Original Form and you can see how image has appeared(which is hidden field) when we chose some Job Title

Now in submitted form, it is not there
