How to Reactivate a Suspended Account

    My jotform account has been suspented , ineed it back immediatly as iam doing my work , please consider this and remove my ban

    my account has been banned and my ip address also , i dont know why.. can you help me recover my ip and jotform ,

    i really need the account i have a project going on

    Hi Nafih,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended due to this form 241261157261045 offering fake service.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form. Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where their form is used.
    2. Provide any document that will support their claims.
    3. Their website or proof of affiliation to legitimate institutions.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Also, if you agree with deleting the form, keep in mind that it'll also remove all submissions associated with it.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #14577471as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

Can you try accessing your account again? If you are still having issues logging in, can you share the IP address you are using at the moment?

    Hi Nafih,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Generally, IP addresses are blocked when an account is suspended by our anti-phishing system due to a violating our Terms of Use. I've gone ahead and whitelisted the IP address that you've provided.
