My account password keeps getting reset and password reset email won't come through

    Hello, Currently our account has randomly had the password reset 2 times now and nobody knows what the password is. Now when I am trying to reset it, the email is not coming through making it impossible for us to access the account. Can you help?

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're not receiving the password reset link email, it is possible that your email domain is filtering out messages from Jotform. You'll need to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to the contact list to prevent it from filtering out emails from Jotform. Once completed, you can try resetting your password.

    You should also check the following guidelines before resetting your password:

    • Check inbox/spam folder as the email may end up there.
    • Add Jotform's IP addresses and servers to your whitelist. Here is a guide on how to whitelist IP addresses and domains from Jotform.
