    Hi levi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest setting up a Show/Hide a field condition, this will allow you to create a condition that if a user selected Yes, an additional field will show up to fill it out. You also need to use Hide or Show Multiple Fields Conditionally, if you would like more field to show up if they selected yes. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    3. Then select Show/Hide a field condition. How to show Questions Based on a Form Submiters Answers? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Set up the condition like you see below and click on Save. How to show Questions Based on a Form Submiters Answers? Image 2 Screenshot 51
