How can I customize the thumbnail that appears when Jotform link is shared? Screenshot attached represents what it looks like to the recipient.

    Hi YIDGforms,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To change the thumbnail of your form, you simply need to add a logo on it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add your Logo at the top of the page. How to change the thumbnail image of the form link Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. Click Upload File and select the image that you want. How to change the thumbnail image of the form link Image 2 Screenshot 41

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi YIDGforms,

I'm very sorry to hear that. I checked your form and see that you haven't set a logo yet.

Please add a logo, and it should appear as the thumbnail of your for when shared. I also tested it on a cloned version of your form, and I was able to see the thumbnail/logo image I've set. Check it out below:

Thank you for following up! I made the change and now there are two concerns. As @chadblackcoms mentioned, the thumbnail did not change to match the new 'logo' added in FormBuilder. I tested via text message capture below. Note the second entry (5:45am ET) is what it looks like now.

Next, I moved the header to 'logo' area for aligned vertical appearance since my logo is round and doesn't look proportionate.

Now the top portion of the form is dark and difficult to read. There is no setting available to change colors, background, or print.
My clients need a clear color contrast accessibility for blind and low vision purposes. Go to original page url to review.

    Hello YIDGforms,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

How to change the thumbnail image of the form link Image 1 Screenshot 20I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
