Hi mmosaad,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you need to get the data from the form to be printed on your Company PDF paper. You can create a PDF for the needed data and upload it to create a Smart PDF form. This will pass the data from form fields to your PDF and you can print it. Let me show you how:
- Click the Create Form button on your My Forms page.
- Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
- Now, upload your PDF file.
- Automatic fields will be added depending on your PDF. You can customize them as you want
Now, when the users fill out the form, it will map the answers to the uploaded PDF:
Give it a try and let us know if you are looking for something else.
