    Good morning Jotform,

I am looking to create a master form from which, depending on the drop-down option which is selected will bring individuals to another form.

    How can I complete this?

    Kind regards,

    Chad Gallant

    Hi Chad,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to link a form to another form based on their selected option. You can do that by adding a Dropdown Element and Conditional Logic using the Change Thank You Page. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and select the Dropdown element.
    3. Then click the Gear icon in the Form Field.
    4. In the Dropdown Properties, select the Options tab and add the selected option in the Option Box.

After that, you will need to create a Conditional Logic using the Change Thank You Page field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Setting in the orange navigation bar.
    2. Then, click Conditions, and under New Condition Field select Change Thank You Page.
    3. Set up the condition and click Save.
