Bronze Subscription Form Limit: What does '25 forms' Mean?

I am confused about what the 'number of forms' limit means on the various plans. If I am on the Bronze plan and have a limit of 25 forms, can I just delete older forms if I get close to the limit, and then add more, or is it a lifetime 25 form limit?

    Thanks,

    Hello Leanne,

    That´s a great question.

The form limit is about how many forms you can have in your account simultaneously.

As you´ve suggested, the correct answer is that if you reach your form limit of 25 in the Bronze Plan, you can either delete or archive the old forms. After that, you will be able to create more forms again.

Here´s how you can archive your forms - Archive form

Please let me know if this answers your question properly.

    Hi Leanne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The 'number of forms' limit on Bronze plan refers to the total number of forms that can be created in your account at any given moment, rather than a lifetime limit. This means that if you reach the 25-form limit, you can delete or archive some of your current forms to make way for new ones.

Please note that when you delete a form, all of the data associated with it is also deleted. As a result, before deleting any forms, be sure you've downloaded all submission data.

If you need more form limits, you can consider upgrading your account to a higher plan.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
