Jotforms Server Error

We are seeing Jotforms giving server error.

Our customers are complaining and this needs to be fixed right away.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. Can you try to clear your form cache? Here’s how to do it:

1. Click your Profile Avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and click Settings.
2. In the Account Settings, scroll down and look for Form Cache. Click the Clear Cache button.

An “All caches are cleared” message will appear once it’s done. If you are still having trouble, you may also try clearing your browser’s cache by checking out this guide or you can try to fill out the form on another browser. If the issue persists, you may take a screenshot of the console report and send it to us. Here's a guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.
