Stripe: Missing payments

    I know there's some limitation on amount of form registration. Those who have register and made their payments,their payment is not getting reflected to our account.


    We need urgent attention on this cause

    Hi Khalsa,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and I don't see any subscription. However, if you're referring to the payment submissions that you can receive every month based on your plan, you can receive up to 10 submissions with payment. Your running usage is 0/10 for this month. So, your form is still active.

    If you receive the submissions but the payments are missing, please reach out to Stripe and ask about the missing payments. You can get the transaction IDs of each entry from the product list column in the submission table and share it with Stripe as their reference in locating the missing payments.

    Additionally, can you share which specific submissions are missing on your Stripe payments?

    Couple of questions I want to clear

    1. Without any payment , how many form submissions can be made ?
    2. If we have payment made with submissions , then only 10 submissions allowed in one month, correct?
    3. Above 2 transactions and couple more are missing, not seen in the account.

    Hi Khalsa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can forward the Transaction ID to Stripe so they can locate this payment. Also, I noticed that there are Pending Payments. Please check if these payments are already paid or not. Let me show you where you can find it:

    1. On your Submission Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon beside the name of the tab.
    2. Then, click on Pending Payments.
    3. If the submission is already paid, you can check the box of the submission and click on Complete.
    4. Finally, confirm by clicking the Process Now button in the modal that pops up.

    For your other questions, keep in mind that the 10 Payment Forms refers to the successful number of payments made to your forms. If there's no payment processed, it will not be counted against your Monthly Payment Form limit. You can check our Pricing Page to learn more about the Usage Limits associated with your account.     I have deleted those pending payments . Those were not valid, so weren't approved.. Need to find the latest submission transaction happened on April 29/April 30.

    Hi Khalsa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the two transactions you shared above and I see that the payments are successful since transaction IDs are generated. If you can't find the payments, please reach out to Stripe support to locate the missing payments and share the transaction IDs with them.
