Hello,
I have the free version of jotform.
It says I have reached my limit, but I have 1 form and no submissions in the account now. I have deleted all the ones that were in there.
Please advise

Hi Misty,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that the submissions that you deleted are still in the Trash Entries. You need to Purge them from the Trash Entries as well. Let me show you how:
- Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
