Hi, I created a form in jot form that included the ability to upload files - when testing form, I cannot find the files that a prospective client uploaded. where would files that were uploaded to form be located?

Second - I created the jotform for a client, how do I change the access to the account so once testing is complete, clien
t has acess to form and received notifications when jotform application is completed.

Are all form transmission secure and encrypted?

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You should see the submissions along with the uploaded files in the Submission Tables. If you're already checking there but still not seeing them, they're most probably hidden. Recovering hidden columns in Jotform Tables is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, hover your mouse over the Columns tab on the top-right side of the screen, and click on it.
    2. In the menu that opens up, find the name of the column that's been hidden in the dropdown menu, and put a check in the box next to it.
    3. Now, you’ll be able to see the hidden column in the Table.
