Hi,
I received a notice that the upload limit will be reached. I am currently enrolled in the 10gig limit plan. Is there a way I can delete old files to free up space so that I don't have to enroll in the 100 gig plan?

Hi Eric,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download your submissions to have them for future reference, and delete and purge submissions to free up space on your account.
- In your form’s Submissions Table, select submission rows with files.
- Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- Select Move to Trash from the confirmation window that appears.
You can then permanently delete the entries you have moved to the trash.
- Select the three dots icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select Trashed Entries.
- In the Trash menu, select the entries you would like to permanently delete and select Delete Forever.
- Select Delete in the confirmation window that appears.
Reach out to us if you need any more help.

Thank you. After I delete those files, how long will the "limit will be reached" message show on my account?

Hi Eric,
Your upload statistic is currently showing as 1 GB/10 GB on my end. If it hasn't updated on your end in a few hours you can reach out again.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
