Cash App Integration: Where did my test payment go to?

I just made a payment on my for cash app on my form. However, I did not set up a cash app for my business yet. Does Jotform create a Cash App for us? If it does where do the funds go to? I'm trying to track down a payment of $70.00.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do not create a Cash App for you. The Cash App integration allows you to collect payments via your own Cash App account. If you have not set up a Cash App for your business yet, the payment would not go through.

If you made a test payment but did not set up a Cash App for your business, it’s likely that the payment did not go through.

Since, I sent this email the transaction showed up in my square app. So I
think the for will take the funds even if I haven’t set up a cash app
account for my business. The payments are being held in the square account
waiting be distributed “I think.”

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused you. To use Cash App Integration, you need a U.S. Square account. Cash App, previously Square, Inc., allows easy money transfers between users. Checking pending payments is another way to track transactions. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Tables page, Click the three dots on the right side of the tab.
2. Scroll down and select Pending Payments.
3. Now, you have an option to select Delete Forever or Complete.
