Hello Jotform,
I have contacted you several times regarding your promotional material on my customer enquiry forms. This is not something a paying customer should have to deal with. I do not accept being told I have to go into my settings to get rid of your promotional material.
If you want to keep me as customer, permanently remove your promotional material off my customer enquiry forms.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you are referring to the Jotform banner at the bottom of the autoresponder email, I see that my colleague on this ticket has provided the steps to remove it from the email.
However, if you need to remove the Jotform branding from all the sections of your forms and associate your own brand on your forms, you may want to check our Jotform Enterprise plan. Its features include White Labeling, Multiple Users, Single Sign-On, and Dedicated Server. You can fill out the application form and one of our Sales Representatives will contact you.
