Facebook Tabs: The form isn't accessible from mobile

Excellent. I have one issue this form isn't accessible from mobile, appreciated if you fix this issue.
Also not receiving email on user end

Facebook Tabs are not available on mobile.

Here is a snippet from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/tabs.
Page tabs will only be displayed in the web UI. Mobile custom tabs are not supported at this time.

Also not receiving email on user end
