    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please set up a new SMTP again using your Gmail and see if the issue persists? If you need to use your Gmail account as your email sender via SMTP, you need to verify that you have enabled Two-Step Verification for your Google account. For more information, check out this guide about how to turn on two-step verification.

    After enabling Two-Step Verification, you must create an app-specific password for your Jotform account. Without it, the SMTP will not work. Here's how to create an app password:

    1. Open Google App passwords and sign in to your account.
    2. Enter your desired app name, then click the Create button.
    3. Take note of the generated app password.Added Gmail SMTP has removed as an option in the Sender Email Image 1 Screenshot 20
    4. Once you have your app password, you need to set your Gmail as your custom sender email in Jotform. Go to the account's Settings page.
    5. In the Sender Emails section, click the Add Sender Email button.Unable to use my email address as the Sender Email Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 31
    6. In the Add new email address dialog, set up the following configuration:
    7. Email Address: {your email address}
    8. Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
    9. Port: 587 or 465
    10. Username: {your Gmail address}
    11. Password: {your Gmail app-specific password}
    12. Security Protocol: TLS or SSL

    13. Do note that Port 587 should be paired with TLS as the Security Protocol. If you select Port 465, you should select SSL.
    14. Click the Send Test Email button to confirm that everything is working.
    15. Once you’re done, click the Add Email button to complete the setup.Unable to use my email address as the Sender Email Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 42
