Signature field is not working on embedded form

Hello, I have created a beautiful form, however when I have tried to use it or have clients use it, they can’t use the signature function. 

And without the signatures form can not be submitted and is virtually pointless as that’s exactly what it’s needed for. 

 

Can you advise how how to fix this please?

May we get more details about the issue? 

For example, what happens when the users try to sign? 

Is the form embedded in your website or are you using the direct link? 

Which browser were you using when the issue happened and did it happen in mobile or desktop? 

Please  kindly provide us more details about the issue so we can further investigate it. 

In the meantime, you may try clearing the browser's cache or using a different network or browser.

I have tried via Mac.
Website is www.amandaguerin.onuniverse.comand it’s embedded
I have noticed now I have tried this site from iPhone it’s not accessible at all.
I’d live your assistance to make this accessible in both.

I tested your embedded form and I able to replicate the issue you reported. Please re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.
