How to have a white label plan version?

I'm surprised that I have to buy the most expensive level to take off Jotform ads. Usually, it just takes any paid subscription.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you simply want to remove Jotform Branding that appears in the form, then you can upgrade your account to a paid subscription. You can check our pricing here. As for removing the branding after the upgrade, you can follow the guide below:

1. Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.

2. In the little window that opens up, click on Settings at the bottom.

3. On the Account Settings page that opens, scroll down a little to the Jotform Branding section and uncheck the box next to it.

I did uncheck the branding, but the little avatar is still there in the upper right. How do I get rid of that?

Thanks for getting back to us. The avatar that is displayed at the top-right corner of the page appears only when you're logged in to Jotform. But no worries, it will not appear on non-jotform users filling out the form.
