Can I customize the PDF report of my submissions?

    Hey Asking to know if there is an option to keep the formatting of the form as it is filled That will arrive the same in a PDF (test1) And not the missing PDF as it attached

    As I can understand you need to have a PDF report similar to the web form layout, please note that you may edit the PDF report by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    In addition to what my colleague suggested, based on your question, you want to create a form that once filled is sent to you as a PDF with the form fields filled and the other spaces you need left blank. Here's a quick guide on creating a PDF form using JotForm: How To Create a PDF Form
