Can an applicant resubmit their application from year to year

Every year we have volunteers for our camp resubmit and application. Is there a way to have them go to their application submitted last year and make any changes if necessary and then resubmit it for the new year?

If so how do we do this?

It is possible to edit and resubmit submissions.  A link can be generated and sent at the time of initial submission:

Thanks for your response David.  I have been working on this and I still can't get it like I want. I followed the directions and understand the edit link and it worked well, however the problem I then had was how to tell if the submission form was resubmitted and when and if anything had changed on the application. I was hoping to find a resubmit date.

I also want to remove some of the questions on the application and then change the order of the questions. I actually built a new form for this year and imported the data from an excel file. When I did the import I had to clean i up and remove the questions that I no longer had on the new form and also had to match the name of the question to the new form. I think the import went good and the data is there but now I can't get the autoresponder to send the email. I have put the edit link in the email identified a specific date and tried the "right now" send but neither of them worked. I'm not sure why my email isn't working??

Unfortunately, the import action will not trigger any emails.

To trigger the Autoresponder, you may enable the 'Send on Edit' option, change the 'Send Emails Later' to 'Right Away'.

Then, re-submit the submission in edit mode (Edit -> Submit) from the submissions page.

The submission edit time is not recorded. As a workaround, you may add a hidden Date Picker configured to be populated with the current time. Please note that the current time is not automatically updated, it is recorded only once. It means that you need to leave it blank when you 'edit submission' the first time, or add the Date Picker once you email all the edit links.
