    Hi there,

I would like to collect payments in IDR online. You have added many new payment gateways over the years but I can't find one that support Indonesian Rupiah. Have I overlooked something?

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Cheers,

    Chris

It is possible to select Indonesian Rupiah(IDR) in payment tool of your form. Please look at the following screenshot on how to select Indonesian Rupiah currency:

    Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this doesn't help because Jotform doesn't allow to connect third party payment gateways. How can I process the "purchase order" in the form without a payment gateway?

The "purchase order" payment tool allows you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration. In other words, no actual payment will be processed. If you want to know for more information, please check the guide: How to Create Payment Form with Purchase Order

I can suggest you some payment gateway that supports to Indonesian Rupiah(IDR):

    1)Braintree

    2)Worldpay

    3)Stripe

Braintree would be perfect if it would support PayPal as well. People need to have some options to choose from. Although Braintree's payment gateways supports other options than credit cards, the Jotform integration doesn't support it :(

Isn't there a way in the near future that Jotform supports more than one payment gateway at a time so people can choose at the checkout how they want to pay.

I would like to publish my prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and let the client decide how he/she wants to pay

    For example:

    PayPal  (by PayPal or Braintree)
Credit Card (Visa-/Master card)  (by Stripe or Braintree)
    - Wire bank transfer (by Sofort)

This would dramatically increase the conversions since every client is different and doesn't always have all options. Most people have credit cards nowadays but some still prefer to use PayPal or wire transfer instead.

I am very happy with Jotform but my technical advisors say we have to switch to a different system because of the lack of payment gateway integrations :-/
I still count on you guys ;-)

    Hello,

There is an option to create multiple payment form by connecting several payment forms to the main form. The user will be redirected to needed payment processor based on their choice.

Please look through the following guide: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form

We could also submit a feature request on your behalf. But, we need some more information on what options you want to receive with JotForm.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Hi Victoria,

thanks for your comment. I am aware of the possible workaround. But we already have too many forms to update and using this method the number of forms would triple. When a price changes I would then have to update double as many forms as before (or three times as much if we decide to use 3 payment methods).

Also we would constantly have to monitor currency exchange rates with this method. The ideal solution would be to be able to manage all payment gateways in one form. Just set one price in IDR and the client can pay in their own currency using their preferred payment method and preferred currency. PayPal and other payment gateways should be able to convert IDR into EUR, USD, AUD, GDP etc.

I think I submitted this feature request a couple of years ago but it's still not possible yet. I am pretty certain lots of people would use this feature if it's available.

Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, multiple payment gateway is still not yet supported. I can only add this as a new feature request in addition to your old request.

We are sorry though for we are still not sure if there's any plan for implementation on this probably due to the complexity of the feature. Rest assured, you will be surely informed once there's an update on this regard. I'm pretty sure the team will not on stop making great efforts in improving the product.

    Regards

Thanks Elton. It seems after so many years I do have to make the switch to a system that supports multiple payment gateways in booking forms :(

Thanks for the great work over the years. I think we have finally outgrown Jotform :)
