And lastly can you tell me how to add all of this to my site which is being made for me by someone else? This I have no clue how to do, thanks for all your help.

From Jotform you can get the embed code in different methods, this guide will help you getting the embed code from the JotForm's end: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use 

Now, in order to embed to add this code to your page you will need to contact the person who developed it for you, contact the support team if you have used a web site builder or ask for help to a developer in order to edit the files on your site and add the form's code.
