    I could not able to clearly understand your issue.

    Are you not receiving e-mails about submissions made on your forms or the users that fills and submits your form do not receive confirmation emails?

    If you would like to automatically send email to users when they fill out your forms, you can add AutoResponder to your form.

    Or if you would like to get notified when someone fills out your form, you can set up notification emails.
