    Hi,

When creating a form...under the "settings" tab is an email feature " sending emails after submission". What is the difference between the "email notification" feature and "autoresponse"? Do I need to set up both?

Also, if I would like an email to be sent to both the mother's email address and father's, do I close each feature and select "fathers" email instead of mother's?

    PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS!

The email notification is the email alert that you will receive when someone completed your form. Please refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

While the autoresponder is the confirmation email that the submitters will receive after submitting the form. You can refer to this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

You can set up both depending on your needs.

I checked your form and I can see that you have 2 email notifications. If you would like to send the email notification to both mother and father, then you can leave it as it is.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
