I stopped receiving submissions. According to my IT department, one of you IPs was blacklisted on Saturday.

Hello Lisa,
From our mail log, I can see emails for submissions as sent. You can also check email history for your account as described at this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Could you contact your email service provider and ask them to accept emails from JotForm regardless of the IP Address being used? This is to ensure that all legitimate emails coming from JotForm and AmazonSES (our email service providers) will be recognized and accepted by your email service provider.
It is also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts list.

Just want to make you aware that your site ip addresses 78.157.218.82 is on a DNS Realtime Blackhole list
Also the following Ip addresses are being blocked for spam signatures
152.160.196.162
152.160.194.17
152.160.208.140

Please contact your email service provider and tell them to whitelist JotForm IP Addresses and Domains.

lvercelloneReplied on June 21, 2018 at 2:43 PMWe already white listed these ips, however, our mail filter will block everything from an ip address that is on a global black list regardless of what the white list. You need to have yourself removed from the global black list.
