Suggestion: Name or note forms with something users can't see

When sorting forms, I have to know which is for what even though they will have the same title for users or similar fields.

I will have multiple forms with the same title. I need to differentiate these for myself in the admin by name. Descriptions next to the name in the list of forms would help. 

You can add your forms into folders. When a form is in a folder, the folder name will be shown next to the form name.
