    We are not able to see the attachment. Can you please re-upload it by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    Also, please share your form URL so we can test. If it's embedded on a website, please share your website URL.

    By the way, I've tried submitting both of your 2 forms and was able to without getting any error.
