Bounce List: Can't receive reset password email

    I read my Username incorrectly in my Password book and now, when I entered it correctly see that I am on your Bounce List. I do not want to chance my email address. Is there a way around that?

    I removed your email address from our Bounce List. You'll be able to receive our emails and request a link to reset your account's password. Do notice that your email address was added to our bounce list because your email server blocked our email address due to a large number of emails sent in a short interval of time (probably regarding your password reset request). The problem should be fixed by now but in order to prevent similar problems in the future, try to whitelist our IP addresses in your email server:
