Which widget to use to allow uploading pictures to a form?

    Hi- I am trying to add a widget to my form that allows for pics to be added- whether I complete the form from my phone or my computer--can you provide direction on how to install this widget?

    To upload files on your form, I can suggest to use a File Upload form element:
