Hi, for some strange reason my notification email has stopped, it worked up to a couple weeks ago then suddenly stopped.
Can you please assist me

I have checked your account email history and I cannot find any emails showing up as blocked/bounced, I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folder in order to see if the emails ended up there.

You may also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, this way you avoid to get emails blocked/bounced due to security filters: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
