Dear Support,
Once again I am being asked questions from our compliance dept. I guess this GDPR is getting to most of us.
I believe you can arrange to have all our data entered through various forms to be held in the EU as oppsed to the US. Please can you arrange for this to happen or let me know how to go about doing so.They are alao asking if you transfer data between the EU and the US.
Also are there any supplemantary privacy statements? I have attached a spreadsheet showing everything they arwe asking...some may not apply to you but please take a look and respond were relevant

You can use our EU data center and switch your data to our EU servers. Just go the link and click "transfer my data".

Once you have embedded your form into a web page in the internet, your form becomes public.
Although your form may be placed in a public web page, your data is secured in our servers.

You can also, encrypt your data to add a layer of security. The key is downloaded into your pc/laptop and you are the only one who has that key.

Regarding consent in receiving email notification from your form, you can add a License agreement widget in your form.

Regarding submission URL, there are different ways in sharing your submissions. One is you create a report and let your user's view them.

A sub-account can view submissions and edit forms.

I'm not sure I understood your last two questions. Are your referring to our payment integration?

Do note that all our data are saved on our servers. However, some integration may need a copy of this data to be able to function correctly.
