Multi user access

Hi there,

I just subscribed to the bronze plan.

I plan to develop a couple of forms for our business.

One of my collaborators will be assisting me, to make sure that we get it right. She lives in a different City.

Is your system able to accommodate multi-users working on developing the same form, in a way similar to the way Google docs, Google sheets, etc ... lets us do it?

If not, what are the safeguard to manage versions of the same forms?

Yes, it is possible to have multiple users to develop the form. Please check this user guide: Understanding-Form-Collaboration.

We also have a sub-user function here wherein they can edit forms and view submissions. Here's a guide: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

For managing the versions, we have a tool called Form Revision History. This tool allows you to restore the form to its previous version. Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Revision-History.
