Jotform Card Load Times

Sometimes, the jotform card takes a while to load- or doesn't load at all unless i refresh my landing page.

Any advice on how to avoid the form not loading on my landing page at random occasions?

I am unable to replicate the issue you reported. The load time of your webpage is 3-4 seconds on my end and the form is loaded each time. The load time of your standalone form is less than 1 second on my end. I tested your webpage in Chrome and Firefox. Which browser are you using? Are you able to replicate the same issue in some other browser or when using some different device? 

I saw that the form is embedded with the iFramce code and that you removed the script part of the iFrame code. You try to re-embed the form with the iFrame code without removing the script part of the code to see if that will improve the load time. You can also try with the script embed code.
