I was in the wrong place on my submissions not in the excel side. I was out where you put the check mark in to view them. now it is gone and even the form to report submissions are gone

how do I get it back

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Are you unable to view your submissions? I checked your account and only your Nebraska USBC Youth Award Form has submissions. You can view them on the submissions page.
