Autoresponder: is it possible then to ask for a response within the email like accepted or declined?

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understand your query correctly.

There is an option to include an edit submission link in Autoresponder email for the user's to fill out the approved/denied field on your form.

Thank you for your response.

I don't want the client to edit the form, i just want that the client receiving this form to be able in a way to agree or disagree with the form.

This form reflects an order, so as soon as the customer receives the form can decide if it wants it or not wit an accept or decline button.

Unfortunately, I still can not understand the idea in full. We have a Terms and Conditions widget, which has a checkbox to be marked by respondents when they agree to the form.

I think this checkbox would do it. Would i get an answer if they check the box in email?

I think is a bit complicated what i am asking.

The edit submission link is something that i am looking for but as the receiver clicks on the link then to get the checkbox with accept or decline.
