How to allow users to edit their submissions at a later date?

Hi, I'm hoping to start using your product but have one question.  I'm an insurance broker and every year we ask our clients for certain information which we then use to get quotes or update the current policies.  The following year we send them PDF forms with the information they gave us the previous year and ask them to update it.  With your product will it be possible to resend clients their forms with their old data imported or somehow have them update the information easily without us having to rekey it?

    Thanks

    Ben

What you describe is possible using JotForm. When a user fills a form, it is received in your submissions. Using an Autoresponder, you can send the user an email with an edit link allowing them to edit the submission at a later date. Refer to this guide: How to let users update their form submissions at a later date.

You can also schedule the Autoresponder to be sent out on a date of your choosing. In this case a year later. Refer to this guide: How to schedule your Autoresponders.

You can also refer to this guide on setting up Notifications and Autoresponders.
