Imported Images Don't Appear in Submittals

Imported images in builder mode, do not appear in the submitted form nor its attachments. I'm adding the image form field in "Settings" / "Email" for the autoresponder format.  

Not appearing in the autoresponder submittal makes the whole form worthless.

How can I make the submitted form appear as created in builder mode?

To which form is this issue related to? Also, is the issue related to an image that you added to your form using an Image field? 

Please note that only input fields will be added to email templates by default. If you want to show the Image field and Text fields inside of email alerts, you need to edit the Email Template and add the Image/ Text fields manually.
