Getting Text from Online Form to Show on Email Response

    How can I get the text I add to an online form to then show up on the Email response I receive when someone completes the form.

    The Text field will not appear in the email alerts by default. You need to manually type it into the email content. Here's a guide: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.

    If you want, you can enable the "PDF attachment" option in the Advanced tab so that a PDF report will be attached to the email alert.


    After that, please go to the Submissions page and enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option. Here's a guide: How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.
