Hi
I have an issue with one of my forms where all the email responses are going to the block list, the issue only seems to appear on submissions where the from is displayed as per the attached screenshot, why is this happening and how do i fix it?
I cannot use the smpt work around as our servers dont allow it

Check both the sender and recipient address to ensure they are both set correctly. The sender being set to "none" and the recipient email address being a form URL both look to be set incorrectly. Here is how to change the recipient address:
https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address
Change the sender to "noreply@jotform.com" and make sure to save the changes. If that still does not work as expected, let us know which form you are working with and we will be happy to have a look.

To take a further look at this, provide the URL of the form having these issues and a more detail on the issue. Are the emails being blocked from reaching your email server?
Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

I see your email logs and I do not any issues. The emails are being sent from our email server, it appears to be an issue at the receiving end. Have your whitelisted our domains including jotmails.com? Do you have a recent example of emails being rejected?
If you cannot use SMTP server then Madrill method may suit you. Please check how it works: How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
I hope this helps.
