I want to create a sign-up form where everyone can see the sign-up results in real time.

There are different and limited tasks and everyone should be able to see if the task/choice is still available.

Is that possible? Like a Potluck online sign-up sheet.

    thanks

Hello @Jerole - There are plenty of ways to share your submission data with everyone. However, we don't usually recommend this due to security and privacy reasons. If your form will never ask for sensitive information, you can share the entire submissions page with someone else and use a password to protect it.

Alternatively, generating a report that will suit your style is also viable. There are plenty to choose from but each of them can be shared with someone else.

As a side note, I'd like to comment on this part:

There are different and limited tasks and everyone should be able to see if the task/choice is still available.

Is your goal to have a sign up form with a list of tasks that will automatically be crossed out once someone else selected it? If so, there are widgets that you may want to have a look at. These widgets track the number of submissions and automatically reduces the number of slots/options/items for each. As soon as it reaches 0, the slots/options/items will be disabled and can't be selected by anyone anymore.

Thank you for the comprehensive answer. I am familar with the reports and have used them, I think I'll test out the widgets. The audience is low-tech.
