How to remove the Jotform ad from emails?

    Thank you to customer and second thank you to salesperson has JotForm ad. How to remove?

    If you're referring to the emails sent, then you may edit them in order to remove the ad, this guide will help you editing the email template: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

    No, you misunderstood. I'm talking about the 'Thank You' messages. The first 'Thank You' message is fine. It does not have any 'ads'. However, the subsiquent 'Thank You' responses do.

    Ok, as I understand the first time the submission is sent the ad does not appear, but when someone edits the submission the ad is on the thank you page, I have been testing one of your submissions and I cannot replicate the problem, here is a screen-cast about my test:
