Hi
I have held the above subscription for 2 months and will shortly downgrading to the free one until I need the greater features again. I made payments to you on 7th Aug and 7th Sept. 2 questions:
1. Can I get a record of these 2 payments on the JotForm Website so than I can claim back expenses?
2. If I revert to the free account today, will the Silver account continue until 7th Oct, then revert, or revert with immediate effect?

Subscription invoices can be found in the account billing page. Here is more information on where to locate them:

If you downgrade back to a free account, you would retain your Silver subscription until the end of the current paid period.
