Not receiving email notifications.

    I have had three clients book and normally the forms are sent directly to my email along with the payment receipt. I am receiving the payment receipt but not the forms from you (jotforms) can you tell me why?

    Can you please let us know what are the forms where notifications stopped working? Have you checked your spam folder? I you haven't, please check it, and mark the notifications as NOT SPAM if you find them there.

    I have checked spams and it all forms.
    Normally when a client submits a form I get an email copy of it sent to me that is not happening
    Therefore I am on aware when a client is submitting a session form

    Could you provide us a form and submission example, so we can check further? You could also check your mail logs to see if notifications are being sent: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Hi have a client that submitted a form using my link - I received the payment but not the form, is there currently an issue causing these not to come through?

    Hi @melissahartiganphotography,

    As checked on the email logs of your account, emails are being sent successfully. May we know the FORM you are referring to as well as the Submission ID that you didn't receive the email so we could check?

    I understand that - but a client paid and checked off the option on the form but I never received the form - was there a glitch or delay on your part?

    Let us check what transpired with that submission. Please provide us the FORM where the submission is made as well as the SUBMISSION ID, so we could run through with the logs and the form submissions too.

    Or you can just provide the email/name of the user and the form where he made the submission.

    We're unable to confirm yet if that's a glitch or not until the said submission is checked.
