hello,
Down here your answer to my first question. But I want the formheaders in the MAILtext, not in the PDF. Is that also possible?
bye Rachel

If you want to show the form headers and text in the Notification/Autoresponder Email, you will have to edit the Email Template and add the headers & texts manually.

The headers and texts will be shown in the PDF Submission.
You can download the PDF Submissions from the submissions page.

You can edit your mail template and add the headers to your mail. After that, your emails will be included the added headings by you.
