When selecting a completed JotForm, the form will not open and just shows a plain screen?

    When selecting completed JotForm, the form will not open just a plain screen?

    Can you please be more specific in what you're doing (and where you're doing it from)? When you said "When selecting completed JotForm", are you referring to your submissions? If so, are you seeing a blank page when trying to view your submissions page?

    Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing from your end? Or, just reply to this thread with more info so we can have a better assist you.

    That is correct when trying to view my submissions, once the page has loaded the whole page is blank when trying to view your submissions page.

    To my understanding, whenever you click the Submissions button, the whole page is blank. Is this what you're referring to?

    If yes, please try using a different internet browser for testing purposes.
