It is occurring to me lately often, that when I set the form to be disabled once reached  a certain number of submissions, the form resets the number of submission to the standard. Can you please look into this?

Is the issue related to "Disable on submission limit" feature?

How to Limit Submissions in a Form

I tested this feature and it is working properly on my end.

To which form is your issue related to? Please provide us a link of your form. I also do not understand this part of your question "the form resets the number of submission to the standard". What is the standard? And which number of submissions did reset? The "Disable on submission limit" number of submissions or the number of submissions that you can find on the form's submission page? Please provide us more details about your issue. You can also provide us a screenshot of the issue.

    Dear Joanna,

Thank you for your reply and sorry for the little info provided. I now have a screenshot as an example of Jotform changing the date which I set to disable the form. This also happened with when set to disable the form according to the number of submission.1543237324jotform disable date 19 11 Screenshot 101543237344jotform disable date shoul be Screenshot 21

Is the issue related to the Pembroke College Childrens' Christmas Party 2018 form?

Was Expire Date changed automatically by our system? Which date did you set, 2018 November 19?

Are you sure that you, accidentally or the sub-account user that has an access to edit this form did not do it?

I also inspected the settings of that form and it is currently just set to Disabled.
